New website launch

One of the UKs leading manufacturers of outdoor furniture has launched a new Website. Doncaster based, Anchor Fast responded to a customer survey and commissioned a new design that would make it easier to find the right products for a particular application. The new site features a refined e-commerce system, a simple navigation structure and a quick link to an enquiry page.

Mananging director, Ian Pendlebury said: “We supply products across several, diverse market sectors and research with our customer base revealed several areas for improvement. In addition, our retail outlets needed more product support and we have been able to provide an area where their customers can easily access information.” He added.

Anchor Fast are always interested in customer feed-back to enable them to improve both products and services.
